Deposit Policy
At Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning, we reserve time and resources specifically for each client. Our deposit policy ensures fairness and reliability for both our team and our valued customers.
1. Deposit Requirement A deposit of 25%–50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Deposits can be paid securely through invoice, card, or online payment methods accepted by Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
2. Deposit Application The deposit will be applied toward your final cleaning balance and reflected on your invoice. Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
3. Cancellations & Reschedules If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be credited toward a future booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not provide access to the property, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning must cancel or reschedule your service, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment — your choice.
4. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Refunds are only issued in cases where Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning cancels a service and the client chooses not to reschedule.
Re-clean policy
At Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning, we take pride in providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services. Our goal is to ensure every client is completely satisfied. This refund policy outlines how we handle service adjustments and refund requests to keep things transparent and fair for all parties.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return within 48 hours to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional cost. Refunds are only considered if we are unable to resolve the issue through a re-clean.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in the following cases: A confirmed service error verified by Koregood Cleaning management. A service cancellation initiated by Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning before work begins. Prepaid services that were canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are not eligible when: The client provides inaccurate information about the job (size, condition, or access). A re-clean offer has been refused. The property was not accessible at the scheduled time.
3. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
At Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning, we respect our clients’ time and value the dedication of our cleaning professionals. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain fairness, reliability, and efficiency for everyone we serve.
1. Cancellation Notice We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total cleaning cost.
2. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows If our cleaners arrive and cannot access your property (locked out, no key/code access, or last-minute cancellation), a 100% service fee will be charged to cover lost time and travel costs.
3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your cleaning at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent last-minute reschedules (three or more times) may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If an urgent situation arises, please contact us immediately. We will review the circumstances and may waive fees on a case-by-case basis.
5. Top Notch Squeaky Cleaning Cancellations If we must cancel due to staff illness, severe weather, or unforeseen issues, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of any prepaid amount.
